How I imagine Ziede's confession went

the concept of avagantrum (the homestead where the main cast of witch king lives) is so beautiful and funny because you cannot tell me a SINGLE adult in that house knows how to cook. you think ziede can cook? you think kaiisteron witch king can prepare dinner without burning the food and the pot? you think TAHREN STARGARD can make a meal??? they might have learnt over however many years they lived there but i am firm in my belief that when they first moved in they were living off of like, weird gross immortal blessed rations and lettuce. some of the most powerful and competent people in the rising world and they will each do uniquely terrible things trying to cook when presented with a kitchen

Hi! I haven’t used the community feature on tumblr much before either, but I decided to start one for the Rising World Series by Martha Wells (Witch King and Queen Demon) since it’s so difficult to find posts about it on this website. I thought putting it all together in a community might make things easier and more fun for myself and other fans! I sent out a bunch of invitations last night, basically by just going through the Witch King tag and inviting anyone who posted (or interacted with posts) about the series. No pressure to join of course, I’m just sending out invitations to try to connect people who seem like they might be interested!
