Madeleine can easily be described as - if she were a boy - "Mr. Nice Guy". Sweet, compassionate, and even a bit naive, Madeleine's always trying to do her best by not only her loved ones, but also her friends. She tries to see the good in everyone, and wants to bring out that good, especially if it happens to be musical talent/dance talent. She is often willing to overlook obvious personality flaws, and at times can be completely oblivious to cruel and malicious behavior of others. Despite Madeleine's inherent goodness, she is extremely driven when it comes to personal goals. Sometimes when pushing someone to be their best, she overlooks their feelings. She is unfairly manipulated sometimes, because people take advantage of the fact that he wants everyone to be happy. Madeleine is an extremely sweet sort of girl, and sometimes a bit of a dork, with a quirky awkwardness. She is also very honorable and loyal to her friends. She is a very pretty girl, but she tends to be easily embarrassed when people comment on her looks. Despite being a nice girl, Madeleine's rather socially awkward and naïve to the ways of others. She’s the type of girl to attempt to break the ice with a really bad joke, and she can’t stand up for herself to save her life, because she always thinks of a comeback hours after the fact.

It all started at a party, really. That’s where everything starts, isn’t it? Madeleine hadn’t planned for anything to happen. She was just being a wallflower, observing everything going around her. That’s when Stella Naughton approached her, beer in hand and complaining loudly that her friends had all gone off and ditched her to go hook up with other people. Madeleine stood there awkwardly, not sure what to do – after all, this was Stella Naughton. She didn’t think that people like Stella ever associated with someone like Madeleine, but apparently, this didn’t mean anything to the rich girl. The two of them began to talk, and eventually, Stella convinced Madeleine to drink something, since she was obviously hammered. Just because – well, she still isn’t sure what compelled her to take Stella’s offer – she agreed and took a drink. And another. And another. Somehow, they got out onto the dance floor, and were dancing far too closely to each other for comfort – and then Madeleine did it. She kissed Stella. It was a spur of the moment kind of thing. No one really noticed, since they were all too into their own things, so only Madeleine realized it when Stella began to kiss her back. They found themselves in an empty bedroom, and thus, Madeleine very first sexual encounter was with a girl. Stella left soon after, but it was on Madeleine's mind for a while – and how she liked it a lot more than a straight girl would. Every time she saw Stella after that, she got butterflies in her stomach – even though the popular girl straight up ignored her existence.
