Spoiler Alert

It makes me sad that in the Avengers movie when Bruce Banner tries to make a hulk joke ( pretending to be really angry when he can’t life Thor’s hammer) no one laughs and they are super super uncomfortable.

I think he beats himself up enough, and if he is in a place to make a joke about “the other guy” he should be able too, and people should at least try to humor him.

I love Bruce Banner honestly, he is one of the avengers that I identify most with tbh, maybe not the top one ( I don’t know I never really thought about it in detail) but I do feel for him.

I’m going to see AoU soon and...

I'm looking forward to seeing AoU for the action and new characters and more groundwork laid for the rest of the films, but...disregarding my Clintasha feels, I'm already thumbs downing the Nat and Bruce subplot because it's not true to her established character. Not because she's looking for a connection. That, I'm here for. I'm always here for BAMF female characters finding balance and affection. But, the thing with Banner, the way it was written...it's like a tropey, special little snowflake romcom lead, round peg into a square opening thing and I'm not down with that at all.

She deserves far more dignity than that. Even IM3 (which felt like a good fanfic brought to film instead of a MARVEL movie, no shade!) stayed true to Tony while making him vulnerable and...I don't agree with folks running Whedon off of social media but if even a fraction of what I've been seeing here and everywhere else is true about how he did Nat (and I'm thinking it is. Parodies need established material to mock, after all...), then I will certainly agree with the negative reviews there. I still need to watch and make my own judgments.

Avengers - Age of Ultron: Marvel reveals new poster

A new official poster for Avengers: Age of Ultron has been revealed today by the official account of Marvel Entertainment.

It poster in the foreground Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Captain America (Chris Evans), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner). We present the poster below:

In the background appear Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury alongside the new Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), The Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) characters. Additional been confirmed participation Anthony Mackie returning to play Falcon, Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter, Idris Elba in the role of Heimdall and Don Cheadle to play War Machine. Avengers: Age of Ultron be released in theaters on 1 May. Meanwhile we may be waiting for a new trailer that reveals us more about this production, which has become one of the most anticipated bands this year.
