As Mayor of this town I feel it my duty to set our dear Rizzo off on his way with a few parting words:
You moved into this town shortly before I came to power and I feel as if your time here was still too long.
I was always sad when I saw you walking in my flowers because I planted those to make my town more beautiful and you kind of ruined that.
You probably should have moved a lot sooner.
