Sorry I didn't see this any sooner!I have 0 plans for Scoot although another person has also contacted me about getting Scoot when Scoot decides to move so...

I'll make a post when Scoot is preparing to move and if at that time people still want him then I can negotiate with them then! 

It shouldn't be too hard to negotiate. I don't want Scoot in my town.

As Mayor of this town I feel it my duty to set our dear Rizzo off on his way with a few parting words: 

You moved into this town shortly before I came to power and I feel as if your time here was still too long.

I was always sad when I saw you walking in my flowers because I planted those to make my town more beautiful and you kind of ruined that. 

You probably should have moved a lot sooner.
