And validation can be fine sometimes like, advice like “take a day for yourself once in a while” and “don’t push so hard that you break, one day at a time is fine” kind of stuff is great!
but when all this stuff is like “here’s a list of symptoms for a thing! you definitely have this! no need to ever speak to a professional about this at all, trust me, i’m a tumblr post!” I get so goddamn concerned for everyone involved.
And it kinda goes the other way too like, nobody should be bullying you about what to do about your own care, but also, “you should really talk to a professional” is not like... an evil or unreasonable thing to say, lol.
