The fact that she’s the mother of spiders fits in well with Adrienne. Spiders are a comfort for her. Her jealous lover locked her in a painting and hung it on a wall in their tower. Cobwebs would cover it over the years and Adrienne would commune with the spiders.
That’s how she met her tarantula familiar, Vertigo. 😁🤩
