“i…” devin words fade as she actually considers the question. she read a mystery book a long time ago detailing about alien life on earth and, while the idea was fascinating, the subject itself never held her attention for story-telling. however, the thought that humans weren’t alone in the universe had always been completely plausible to her.

“i think it would be unwise to consider us the only sentient beings. muggles, for the most part, are unaware of the wizarding world despite it being so close to them. magic, vampires, werewolves…they are all ‘alien’ concepts to the average muggle. and the same could be applied to wizards about the muggle world. so…” a smile tilts her lips and devin chuckles slightly. “i guess i do believe in aliens. no matter how small.”

💘: how does my muse act/react when they first realize that they had a crush on somebody?

Jasper takes awhile to realise he is into someone in the first place and once he comes to that conclusion he will most likely hide his feelings. He will consider his feelings to be simple platonic fondness mostly because once he starts considering whether he has a crush or not he starts to overthink and becomes tense around the person in question. So he decides not to think anything of it in the beginning until realisation hits him like a truck and the little lightbulb lights up above his head.

she purses her lips slightly, “how do i feel about rain... i like it. it’s calming, it’s soothing for the soul too as you listen to it as it pitter patters against the railing or something.” lianna smiles slightly, “well i guess i would run for cover instead of getting wet because i do get sick easily. i can probably catch a cold if i’m in the rain for too long which wouldn’t be a good thing.”

how would my muse handle seeing their object of affection falling in love with someone else?

“i don’t think they’ll be particularly my object of affection if they’re looking at someone else and if they are then they’re obviously not worth half the effort put into answering this.” a thoughtful hum, head tilting slightly as she considers the question. “but i guess me handling it would be getting rid of both of them.” regan grins. “but that hasn’t happened yet, so!”

( ABOUT COPING she’s not particularly good at it in any sense. the core of regan is someone pessimistic, someone destructive (to herself and otherwise). MANY TIMES she tends to LASH OUT when things don’t go her way. this of course seldom happens. in terms of HEARTBREAK consider her disappointed but not surprised.)

🤧  –– Do you get sick often? Are you one of those people who get sick but power through it, or do you complain the entire time and not move from the sofa?

He manages not to get sick too often as Timothy does his best to live as healthy as he can, if we ignore how unhealthy the excessive amount of alcohol he consumes occasionally can be. When he does fall ill however it’s in quite the amazing fashion, the otherwise strong and vibrant man being drained into a shadow of a himself.

He will power through that feeble state to attent to his responsibilities without so much of a complaint however, even swatting away and help or advise of “you should rest”.

This only changes around his closest friends though. If left with one while sick, Timothy will become an endless pit of whining and dramatic coughs to emphasize his requests of snacks or blankets because he's allegedly too weak to get it himself.

“aves!” it’s easy to spot him in the courtyard. a hulking thing. “aves, are you free?” already her legs are swinging over the bench to wind around him, hands pressing into the soft of his back, gripping onto firm shoulders like a child climbing a jungle gym.

“you are, right?”

“wanna carry me back to the dorms?” 

as if she wasn’t already on him like a blonde mutated basket case of a koala.

🤞  –– Do you believe in luck? Do you believe in the usual lucky things ( four-leaf clovers, horseshoes, rabbit foot, etc )? Do you have any unusual things you think bring you luck ( a shirt, hat, book, number )?

    “luck… i’m not sure if i believe in luck very much, but i do know that i believe in fate and that things happen for a reason and you meet certain people for a reason, but i don’t really think that’s considered luck. maybe if you think about the fact that you were lucky to have met someone, i guess…”
