my question to you, though, is: what do you take this to mean classpect-wise when you consider that a) dirk is a prince, which is an extremely powerful class, and b) the full power of a page—which we definitely saw a goo glimpse of with “healed” Jake—is IMMENSE? I mean, I feel like Roxy has a LOT of untapped potential, but I guess could we take this to mean that class and aspect doesnt determine everything, and that it’s really a player-to-player basis?

Why does Jade think Roxy's powers are the most impressive? Well, Jane's seem seriously limited. Dirk has never shown complete control over his - only brain ghost Dirk used the soul rippy lightning. Normal Dirk has mostly used his Prince of Heartiness to destroy himself and everyone around him. Plus so far he hasn't adapted it to be super versatile. I don't think he's subtle enough to yet. Inability to destroy surgically takes a major hit at the efficacy of the Prince class. 

As for Jake, he too hasn't shown the capability to use his powers while un-influenced. Without Aranea he's currently useless. Also, he has to 'believe' in whatever he's trying to create. Roxy can create anything she imagines without having to worry about whether she believes - the only hurdle seems to be concentration and maybe if she believes in what she's doing. (Since John said her mental block might be that she didn't want to make the matriorb for Condy.) So Roxy is furthest along in her development and her powers are the most versatile. In theory she can do anything - bring back the dead like Jane, make stuff real like Jake, maybe even steal the void from CONCEPTS in which case she starts getting really strong. 

As for 'is it really player to player rather than class and aspect', of course. That's always my mantra. Everything depends on the player and the situation. You can never guess how useful someone will be by their classpect or even how their powers will develop. That's skewed by their personality, relationships, development, etc.
