send 💋 for a kiss from my muse to yours
A freezing wind followed Avlana as she pushed open the door to the inn, a bottle of ale already clutched in her palm. She stumbled toward the fire, grabbing onto a post to keep herself from falling. The inn was full of patrons, shouting at each other and eating loudly. The wood elf shook her head and took another drink. An open seat in the corner caught her eye, though there was someone else on the bench.
“Hey! You’re that... that cute one. Well, sometimes you scare me, but that’s okay too.” Her words ran together, but she didn’t notice as she sat beside the Redguard. Av leaned over and pressed a kiss to her cheekbone, then sat on the bench to face her.

Meet the People in My Muse’s Life!
🌻 - Their Father
Av: “Albjorn! He was very tall, just like Theo, and he had red hair and green eyes. His voice was usually quiet, but commanding, but when he was loud it was like thunder. He was the most selfless person I’ve ever known, and I wouldn’t be here without him.”
Nil: “Relur? Who the fuck cares, he never did a thing for me. He wasn’t a parent at all, and if he’s not dead yet then I’ll be the one to end it.”
♒ En, for Av.
♒ : How my muse would describe yours in one sentence.
“A funny, smart, sometimes kinda weird Dunmer, who won’t give up on you even when he probably should.”
💦 (Vigor to Av since they've already met)
Send 💦 to encounter my Muse crying
Her walk through the forest had done nothing to relieve Avlana’s numbness as she’d hoped, but as she stared at her reflection in the water she felt a surge of sadness that crashed over her like a wave. Her heart twisted in her chest as she stumbled backwards, catching herself against a tree. A sob escaped her, and she covered her mouth with her palm, tears running down her hand and falling onto the ground.
It was a heart-wrenching epiphany, realizing that she wasn’t needed. There was a time when people needed her, they came to her for help and comfort because they’d trusted her. Theo, Ness, Fe. Their memories were knives in her heart.
She sank to the ground, crossing her arms over her knees and hiding her face while her shoulders shook.
This is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things

Avlana had her textbook open in her lap, staring blankly at the words. She turned her attention to the coffee and cursed when the drink burned her tongue.
“How am I supposed to take notes over this? I can barely read it.” She began to unbraid her hair in her frustration.
The Bosmer slumped farther into the couch and sighed. The book slid off of her lap, hitting the floor loudly.
You know Samia doesn't really care about you right? He's just a little slut interested in nothing but the sex. I bet he's been fucking at least five other people besides you because he doesn't actually feel love. Just adding notches to his belt.
The images that spun through her head were involuntary, but they were also uncontrollable. Heat rose in the back of her neck. “You don’t know what you’re talking about. And, if you’re lucky, I won’t kill you for saying that about him.” Avlana shook the thoughts away and crossed her arms, narrowing her eyes at them. Samia had proven himself plenty of times, and she trusted him with her admittedly fragile heart.
The planted thought caused some following paranoia, but Avlana knew him well, and knew that to worry over a strangers words would be foolish. Then again, they’d certainly acted as if they knew quite a bit about him, too.
For College AU: Avlana, we're putting you and your friend in different classes, because we find that the two of you are dragging each other down by being together during lessons. This permanent and non-negotiable. You are to receive separate schedule as of next school week.
She crumpled the note and threw it onto the floor, slumping into her couch defeatedly. “Man, fuck that.” Av crossed her arms and chewed on her lip, trying to decide what to do about this. En was probably the only reason she was even still in school. She wondered if they were even allowed to do this, it felt like high school all over again. Eventually, she decided to call the school to find someone to yell at.
