antman — write about your monthly power evaluation.
he’s gotten stagnant. over the past several months, his evaluations have all gone the same: he hasn’t gotten worse, but he definitely hasn’t improved. ‘hanbyul, are you even trying?’. he wants to tell them no. wants to tell the instructors how much he hates his powers and doesn’t want to feel so useless with them anymore. he’d love to just leave the academy and not have to worry about stupid evaluations ever again. but he knows he needs to get a better handle on his powers, and the academy is helping with that. he has a decent control over almost all of his powers. he can project his emotions out to whoever he wants, he’s learned how to force people into an almost sleep to get a better look into their minds, but he has yet to get control over keeping other people out. it drains him, to constantly be putting out feelers for who’s emotions are stronger today so he can block them out. he wants to learn how to get a better control, a better range. he wants to feel just his own emotions without feeling like he’ll pass out from exhaustion. so his monthly exam went as they usually do. with an upset and an even stronger feeling pulsing into him about being a disappointment.
