Ate a version of this awhile ago in a local bakery in my city. It was so good, and there’s nothing like a sweet,creamy and milky avocado pie to make a day feel better.
Has anyone tried making B. Dylan Hollis's avocado pie? In the video he did he used a graham cracker crust but in his cookbook he's got a pretzel crust and I'm trying to decide if it's worth buying pretzels or just use the graham crackers I have.
