All the wedding preparations are done and everyone has arrived at 3 Parrots Pier in their best formal wear! Carmelo greets his brother and Best Man, Joaco, and Groomsman Avri is already embarrassing himself on the microphone. Carmelo finds Tina (who looks stunning with her hair and dress) and its time for the ceremony.

Flashback FenderFriday to a guitar I wish I had held onto: 2007(ish?) #AVRI '62 #CustomTelecaster FSR in #SherwoodGreen. What a beauty it was! . I sold it in late 2014 as I was getting into vintage collecting. It was beautiful, but it was heavy af...around 8 lbs if I remember correctly, which is ridiculous for a Tele. And before I discovered Les Pauls and learned to love a (moderately) hefty guitar, anything over 7.5 lbs automatically turned me right off. So I never bonded with it from a playing perspective. . I clearly remember being in my cousin's car somewhere on the New York State Thruway (to quote Arlo Guthrie, "The New York State Thruway is CLOSED, man!") somewhere between Rochester and Buffalo on our way back from a guitar safari to NYC (and after having just bought my Epiphone Wilshire from Rumble Seat Music in Ithaca, which I now needed to pay for!), and talking to the guy that ended up buying it via email to arrange a meet up when I got home so he could try it out... 😢 .
