I need to start making a really concerted effort to not buy anything ever if I ever want to buy a house

I think this is the first time since coming home that I’ve really felt I just want to move home sooner than later

#I love where I’ve moved to #but it’s exhausting being so far away from my support system #it takes 8 hours to get home near enough probably regardless of how I travel #flying may be faster but I find airports stressful #in any case I’m very far from my family and my closest friends #though I really do love where I’ve moved to #and I have friends there too #idk it’s just a strange feeling to live in two places at once #I think moving away has been so so good for me in many respects because I really needed a change of scene #and to get away from a lot of things at home #but I miss home now

#awkward tan lines and leg hair on show it’s the look of the summer #also before any of you get mad at me I do wear factor 50 every day and I reapply it twice #but you still get tanned if you spend all day every day outside

I have managed to delete nearly 3gb of photos off my phone today 😎

#it was like 63.3gb now it’s 60.6 #it’s so bad guys my phone cannot cope #but I just never go through my pics #there’s so much shite in there #and like 12 photos of the same thing over and over again

#there’s a block of really lovely flats that I’ve always admired #and a top floor flat there is up for sale #literal dream property cos it’s got a south west facing balcony with nice views #alas I am not in the position to buy anything rn #but what’s for me won’t go past me !!!!!

Just had a delicious roast dinner cooked by my dad and I haven’t had to clear up afterwards at all 🫶

#given that I have to cook all my meals myself and hand wash all dishes #(when I’m in my rented place away from home)#I could cry from relief and joy that I have not had to do that today
