Synopsis

Prince Llewelyn ap Anarawd wakes up in someone else's body. With a Goddess meddling in his life, a new "family" he doesn't want, and a rebel band he needs to get away from, he isn't certain how he's going to get his kingdom back, but that's exactly what he's going to try.

Type: Standalone, but depending on how much inspiration I get and how much I fall in love with the setting/characters, it could turn into a series.

First Line & Last Line Tag

Tagged by @focusdumbass ( You tagged me over 200 days ago.  Sorry this took me forever! :P)

I’m not sure how this one is supposed to work, so I’m just doing the first line of my entire wip and the last line of my entire wip (rather than, say, the first and last line of the first chapter.)

Thing that seem to be popular for writeblrs...

...that I am failing to do, and why. Plus why I am telling you all of this at all

1. Doing those aesthetic character posts: They look so cool! But I don’t know who most of my characters are yet! And I would feel uncomfortable claiming an actor’s face for a character (or even a random person). And, and, even if I don’t have any pictures of people, I would feel bad not being able to link to the sources for the photos because of tumblr making posts with links disappear. (Because I was an English major and citing sources is The Law, y’all, I just gotta do it.) However I enjoy looking at other people’s character aesthetics! 

2. Sharing excerpts: I’ve only written two chapters of my current wip! If I started sharing excerpts pretty soon I would’ve just shared the entirety of what I had written! 

3. Actually writing: Please somebody give me the magical motivation juice everyone else on this website seems to have! You are all so incredible! Help! I was about to post, leaving this point at that, but I’ll get more serious for a moment. I have clinical depression, so motivation is hard for me. Like, really hard, sometimes hard for basic things like eating even. I’ve been having a stressful time lately, and haven’t worked on my wip in over a year I think, long enough that sometimes I wonder if I can call myself a writer. But you know what, my wip is still there waiting for me, and I still want to write it, and one day I will, maybe I’ll even work on it some today after I post this. So yeah, I’m still a writer, no matter how long the stretches between writing get.

4. WIP Intro: It’s on my to-do list y’all. See above point.

5. WIP Page: I’ve actually started doing this one! But it requires visuals to look really nice (see point 1) and more motivation and energy and actually doing the writing to have anything to write about, see point 3. Still, I’m happy that I’ve at least started this one!

So, why share this? Just to say, if there are any writers out there who don’t have many followers, who don’t do visually cool posts, who don’t share much, who don’t post much, who don’t even write much at all, just like me, you are not alone. And you will make it someday. I truly believe that. You have something special to share with the world, just like I do. We can make the world a better place.
