As Lio laughed and removed his hand, talking about which of his brother’s to blame, Tim blushed a deep red, looking more than just a little uncomfortable. It wasn’t like he was completely inexperienced, but usually his first meeting with someone he was interested in happened on patrol or a mission. With Emilio it was very different, not in a bad way though, but it made Tim more self-conscious and, well, awkward. “Sorry,” he mumbled. “And you might have to kick both of them.” Meaning both Jason and Dick.

He thought Lio will remove his hand, but instead he hooked their pinkies together and that small soft gesture made Tim smile. “No, this is good, I like horror,” he replied, finally looking at the other teen again. “I don’t know how good I’ll be a acting like a teen, but I’ll try.” Some days, he spent more time as Red Robin than Tim Drake. It was difficult to step away, but he didn’t want to become like Bruce. He didn’t want Tim Drake to be the alias, the made up persona, but he also knew that if he continued like this, that might happen. Thankfully, Emilio was good at bringing out Tim.

It took… much longer than Qrow would probably admit to realize Winter was his soulmate.
