The marinated beef skewers in this mouthwatering BBQ recipe go well with the sweet and smoky flavors of the grilled vegetables and pineapple. It's great for a sunny day in your outdoor BBQ area and comes with an awning for shade.
Ingredients: 4 lbs beef sirloin, cut into skewer-friendly chunks. 1 cup soy sauce. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 teaspoons smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable skewers bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onions. 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks.
Instructions: Mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl. This will make the marinade. Put the beef chunks in a big bag with a zipper and pour half of the marinade over them. Put the bag in the fridge for at least two hours, or overnight for the best results. Warm up the BBQ grill with an awning that can be adjusted to medium-high heat. Put the beef that has been marinated on skewers and then add chunks of vegetables and pineapple in between. Before putting the skewers on the hot grill, brush them with the rest of the marinade. For about 12 to 15 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are charred and soft, turn the skewers over on the grill every so often. Put the hot skewers on a platter and top it with fresh herbs. Enjoy this summer BBQ treat!
