Missed a Workout
Sometimes there are days in life where you miss a workout. You could be on vacation or you could be sick but whatever the case is there are a few things you should remember. The first thing that you should remember is that you shouldn’t feel guilty about not working out because that just makes you feel miserable. Instead, you should think of it as time for your body to recover. Our body gets tired when we workout so it’s always good to take some time off. Think of it as a break for your body. Another thing that you should remember is that you shouldn’t take too many breaks off otherwise it will be harder to get back on to your fitness routine. So the next time you take a day off or get sick don’t feel bad about it!
January 2nd workout
Today my workout was: stretching 100 jumping jacks 2k erg 1k run 100 Russian twists (6kg) 40 froggies 35 leg downs 1 min plank 30 sec right 30 sec left 20 toe touches stretching Jesus machine 3x16 leg press 3x20 (90 lbs) 2x15 (105 lbs) the arm pulling one for my back 3x18 (50) 5 pushups
