Tracer cosplay progression 2016 - never styled a wig before. I knew it wasn't great but at least it got the idea across. Entire costume looked pretty good and I was overall very happy with it 2017 top - SDCC the wig has more spikes but didn't have the height. Same costume no new alterations 2017 bottom - LOOK AT MY WIG! It's so spikey and pretty! It really made all the difference in making the character come to life. I also remade the yellow jumpsuit underneath. It's a thicker spandex and looks a lot better in person than the old one. But the old reference photos you can't see the yellow pants at all, so you have nothing to compare the new one too... 2018 - dreams do come true. As all my hard work and love for embodying Tracer, and getting as accurate a costume as I possibly could, paid off! Blizzard reached out to me and asked if I could portray Tracer for one of their media events to promote the overwatch league team for LA, the LA Valient. I am still beyond honored and estatic that the company that created this character saw my recreation of it and thought it was good enough to be the real thing. I'm going to be bringing this girl our for @comicconrevolution Ontario! It's been a while but I'm excited to rock my favorite time hoping gal! Wow it's been a while. Have some of my best girl. Tracer's wig needs a MAJOR restyle. It's unwearable atm and I just haven't gotten around to it. So she's benched for the time being 😓 The super tease and hair spray method works great for a while. But after a year it's all flaky and falling apart and I really love this costume and wear it a lot.
