I placed this amazing build by @axiisims in Mt. Komorebi (you can grab it from the Gallery! 😉), but since there was extra space on my lot, I decided to expand! So, I built a recreation center where my Sim runs a small business using the new expansion features. Here, visitors can enjoy pottery, floral arrangements, and a quiet reading corner. 🏺📖

Take a look at my Grand Theft Auto-inspired save file!

In the first picture, you can see the Ocean View District, a colorful neighborhood heavily inspired by GTA Vice City. I even tried to create a custom beach (which still needs some work). This area looks amazing at night with all the neon lights!

In the second picture, you can see a small part of the neighborhood I'm currently working on. This is the low-income area of the city, where criminals, shady characters, and all kinds of troublemakers live.

I still have a lot of work to do on this save file because I'm a perfectionist, but I'm really happy with how it's looking so far. I can't wait to make more progress and share it with you all!
