Laundry, Liquor, & Lo Mein [completed]

Fully-furnished and play-tested community lot. It is set as a park for functionality but visually it's meant to look like a strip-mall next to a residential home. It has a small residential home, leasable space, laundromat, liquor store, and a Chinese-Japanese takeout spot. It could potentially be setup to run as a small business lot using Businesses & Hobbies, but I haven't tried that yet lol. All CC used can be found by clicking on "CC List."

BIRKWOOD CASTLE

Hi guys!!

I'm sharing Birkwood Castle. This is the 23rd building for my English Collection!

I decorated some of the house ground floor, for reference.

History of the house: 

Birkwood Castle, also known as Birkwood House, is a Gothic country house situated in Lesmahagow, South Lanarkshire, Scotland. Built in the 18th century, it was greatly expanded by the McKirdy family. In 1920 it was purchased by the local authority for use as a hospital.

Birkwood Castle was built in the late 18th century, and the original villa now forms the north wing of the house. It was greatly expanded in the Gothic style in 1858, and again in 1890 when the architect James Thomson of Glasgow designed the large west wing.

I’m jay, a 20 year old ADHD simmer, and I plan on posting various content related to the sims 4 once I get my FUCKING SHADERS TO WORK. For the love of god, I’ve spent at least 6 hours on this shit 😭 it’s insane, I can’t tell if it’s bad luck or if im technologically illiterate

I hyperfixate on the sims for a couple weeks every ~2 months, so you can expect inactivity most of the time, and then huge dumps of content. Most of the time, when I’m not playing the sims, I’m working on a writing project or drawing. Other video games I play include Stardew Valley, Minecraft, and No Man’s Sky.

I hope to get to know a bunch of you as I embark on my simblr journey!

Piccola ma bellina - Oasis Springs

literally, this house name is "small but cute". I have played a lot with a family in this house, and I must say that it is very comfortable.

guess what's here too? arched doors! haha!

as you enter there is a small studio - very difficult to photograph - and on the left the kitchen with the living room.

upstairs there are two bedrooms, one master in green, and the other a teenager who loves DIY, the Etsy Queen! I am so obsessed with this room! You can find it as a room in my gallery (ID vulnaviasims).
