linking to your last ask that you replied to, ian was manic when he cheated on mick. it’s a symptom of bipolar; hypersexuality. also, i kind of get why mick cheated on ian. not saying that it’s ok, but i get it.

the whole thing with them having a sort of open marriage, it’s not cheating if they’re both fine with it. i, too, don’t understand why people are so opposed to this decision they’ve come to. if they’re happy with what they have at the moment, what’s the problem?

Yeah there's a lot of factors to consider, like what you mentioned. It doesn't mean cheating is okay, but I get why they both did. That's not whats happening here. Ian and Mickey communicated and came to an agreement about what's off limits and what is okay. There shouldn't be anything wrong with that
