year-end wrap-up challenge
day 1
we're locking in this month. no excuses. gonna get the ball rolling in December and hoping it keeps rolling the next year too!
highlights:
woke up at 5:30am today to study for a Java lab exam I had today and finished the programs in 3 hours. a white monster helped me along the way. the obsession stays strong.
Mondays mean 6 hours of uni. 😔
since my professor evaluated the lab in front of me, I achieved 46/50 (got marks cut because apparently my handwriting is bad or something💀)
one of my year-end goals is to take the stairs instead of the elevator just to get the bare minimum of movement in, and I took it today morning out of habit but I did go up and down some uni staircases to make up for it!
participated in society as an official adult today. too many numbers and an unnecessary amount of calculations were involved.
this December is a very hectic exam-filled month for me so I have planned and begun studying. today I attempted operating systems for 1 hour and 15 minutes. it went extremely well though I shall admit I was procrastinating so I got it done a little later than I meant to be done. I still got it done though!!

prompt of the day: something I am excited for....
I have implemented a strategy that I've wanted to try for a while, which is basically plan out the entire week on sunday and then make edits as the day progresses.
yes, this is a very simple and common strategy but I only recently got the motivation to try it out, and thought it best to do with a productivity challenge!
today was essentially a trial run of it and my brain is genuinely thriving and fulfilled, a smidge overwhelmed but that's to be expected with a lifestyle change.
I've also never felt this ready to tackle things and be this present in the moment. it's a very scary yet relieving feeling!
it is pretty early to make any sort of conclusions about this, though I am excited to commit to this strategy in the coming days no matter what!
