Happy 4 Year AYnniversary!
We’re celebrating our Branding and Marketing Director, Queen Regnant of Sass, Diana Chisis today. Even though she put her foot down and told us she wouldn’t be subjected to our probing and moronic questions, we still love her. And we’re still going to embarrass her, this time with the loveliest of words. She’ll just have to deal with us talking her up. Read on as we wax poetic about a few of her best qualities. From her inspiring leadership to her shameful reading habits, we’re telling all.

I often wonder how AY Digital operates when Diana has days off and then I remember that she rarely takes any.
More than just a Puneet-tracker, Diana is one of the most understanding, supportive managers I've ever had the honor of working with and one of the best friend I've ever known. Without her working tirelessly into the night, in various different timezones-- much to the dismay of all of us (or maybe just me)-- I'm more than convinced that few things would ever actually happen.
Happy 4 years strong, Woman! Without you, we'd all be a little lost.

Working with Diana has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. She has proven to be superwoman in every aspect. I sometimes think of the one word that would define Diana. Besides the random "Hiiiiiiii!!" which she is known for, the only one other word comes to mind, glue. And not Elmer's Glue but Krazy Glue. She holds everything together like glue, providing support and keeping us all together. She is kind, smart and compassionate which makes working with her a dream come true.
Always there to help or cheer you up, she is certainly the D in AYD lol she will giggle at this...inside joke lol. I wish her lots of success and happiness and I hope to keep working with her forever...lord knows I wouldn't be here at AY if it wasn't for her and I know she has been one of the reasons I have stuck around. Great coworker, an amazing friend and a surprisingly good basketball player, what more can you ask for?! Happy Anniversary Diana!!

I wrote last year about how strange Diana is and my theory that she can bend time to her will. While I still hold my suspicions, working with her workday-in and weekend-out has helped me realize her superhuman ability to get things done can't possibly rest solely with her conspicuously large collection of watches.
She has an infectious way of handling an insurmountable workload. She rallies people around her and somehow gets us all to do the seemingly impossible - mount it.
"A pleasure to work with" falls short in describing her desk-side manner. Her morbid sense of humor and unabashed laugh keep things light even when they seem the darkest.
Beyond her work habits, she is exceptionally loyal, overwhelmingly considerate, enchantingly incorrigible, and one hell of a friend. She is one of the reasons I don't hate Mondays as much as most people. Congratulations on making it through another year and having us all looking forward to quite a few more!

Definition of leader = Diana.
Team: Hello Diana, so what are we going to do today?
Diana: The same thing we do every day team. Try to take over the world!

I love working with Diana.
It's nice to work with someone who knows the secret to being a good manager, and being a good person. Diana is an excellent team player who cares for her team. Some qualities which distinguishes her from the crowd are her ability to remain cool and composed in times of stress and tension. She is a very hardworking person. She has a positive attitude and always has a solution for everything.

Diana deserves a little poem
She can make all things come true.
Was she ever close to bad?
Always, always and forever,
Diana's voice, you will remember,
Cause in meetings or in calls,
All the issues seem like smalls.
And at last, just treasure this:
Her name should rhyme with spring,
Cause of all the joy that she can bring!

I've only been lucky to work with Diana for six months but in that short time frame, I've gotten to know someone who is extremely passionate about what they do. Her passion goes beyond just work. She is an avid blogger who is also extremely prideful when she goes viral. Dedicated book reader and there is no book too big for her. Also, there is no episode of Game of Thrones that she wont ruin by reading the details online a week earlier. Overall, she’s a great person and I'm happy to work with her on a daily basis. Congrats on your four years at AY.

Diana is regarded as one of the brightest young minds at AY Digital. Her work (as well as the work of the rest of the marketing team) especially on Munch Ado's brand and marketing strategy is years beyond her age and experience. I can’t wait to see it unfold in all its glory in the coming weeks and months!
Charismatic, joyous and exuberant are some of the adjectives that are apt for her - she seems to connect with people at all levels and is a much loved teammate. Happy AYnniversary and here’s to the next 4 years :)

Diana started with AY at a time when AY was struggling to find its place in the world. We were having a lot of turnover of people and we were trying to do many projects. During this time Diana worked diligently on every project that while maintaining her college schedule and a 4.0 GPA.
She learned how to do pitches, follow up on day-to-day office work. She quickly became a reliable and integrated part of the AY team. Given that at that time we were only 4-5 people in NY, she carried quite the load with a grace and determination we've all become so accustom to. I think her greatest contribution has been to create and lead the Munch Ado team. Her vision and overall brilliance allow me to sleep easy at night knowing the future of AY is as bright as her.
It's a privilege to watch her work and continue to grow. I look forward to even better years to come and to seeing what great heights she reaches next.
