An audible squeak passes the woman’s lips as she looks above her, an attempt to not make eye contact with the stranger, only to realize that she’s bumped into someone under the mistletoe. Like a cliche from one of those awfully cheesy films that she used to enjoy watching. Except she isn’t Bridget Jones and he’s not Mark Darcy, she’s Ayaka Sajyou, an awkward, terrible excuse for a human being and he’s–

Actually, she doesn’t have a clue who the taller man in front of her is.  

“E-excuse me.”

And with that she takes an awkward step forward, ready to bolt through the door as fast as she can. Only to run straight into it instead. Of course, it’s a goddamn pull door.
