Hi, hello!👋 It’s Aye. How are you? I hope you’re well and having a great day/night. It’s been a while since I logged in. I’m going to catch up on some tags, etc. (Don’t stop tagging on tag games, etc. Or send asks. Maybe? I will get to them eventually.😩😅) I haven’t written anything since February..? But I’ve been reading some of my drafts and I’m hoping to get a couple paragraphs in.

While reviewing the drafts (Lethal Bloods, mostly), I can totally feel how much fun I had while writing it, and I MISS THAT FEELING. (Work is draining me, you see.) I hope to regain that and everything in between. (And interact with y’all.😩)

Also, WE HAVE CAT IN THE HOUSE!😸🎉 (Finally!) My brother came home one night with a black kitten. He literally took it off the streets that night. He calls her Olivia, but I don’t like the name (no hate to those with cats named Olivia✌️*coughs* ) so Mom and I calls her Ming-Ming (classic). She’s a menace. I think she’s going to be a lovely writing partner.

Currently, I am drafting Where the Poet Went to Die. But my brain suddenly went, “You should make a PPT Introduction for Fair Waters or Dead Inside. You can do both.”

I’m thinking of a Balete tree, and how possible it is for a person to enter from one place then come out to another. If one should pass between its gnarled roots/ trunks, it would serve as a portal to another place (sometimes another realm.) However, the same path would never take a person to the same place twice. There could be a pattern; a sick, hard-to-follow map. Time could be involved too. (Enter in 2022, come out in 1521 during the First Mass or in the 1880s when Rizal was beginning to write El Filibusterismo.)

i thought i could stay away for some time but i got ideas. i wrote some stuff down on my journal. and i like to think some people would be interested. it’s obviously another wip...s. a short story and a novella. the place holders...pretty clever.

it’s mythological and dark, both of them. the novella though a little quirky and humorous. ever since i started reading the materials for elementalia chronicles, prompts and ideas kept popping up. nothing’s properly outlined though.
