This verse evolves around Freed’s developing relationship with @sutakinokipa. After one fateful, or maybe not so fateful, evening she managed to convince the rune mage to give himself another try - to get back to where and who he once was, maybe even get the chance to rejoin the guild at some point. And after an even more fateful day it became clear that there would be more than just this promise between them. Lucy hopefully is the light that is needed to guide him back to better days.

Caught off guard by the sudden appearance from the princess, he was left with nothing to say. Truth be told it seemed as though she heard of the scuffle that had taken place within these palace grounds.
