I've just cleaned/added more lots to these neighborhoods in Riverview:
Azalea Gardens
Dogwood
Glory Fields
There are more neighborhoods in Riverview, but I decided to start with these because I want to define each area to start building in them, I'll add more info later.
Azalea Gardens
Azalea Gardens is the oldest neighborhood in Riverview and it shows, the architecture style is mostly Victorian, so you can find the perfect Queen Anne or Italianate house here.
This neighborhood is where the community garden is in the original version and I plan to redo the garden in the same lot. It has 10 residential lots and 1 community lot, I didn't add more lots in this area as I liked the existing sizes and distribution.
Dogwood
Dogwood is the biggest neighborhood in Riverview if you don't count Sunny Acres (WIP) on the farm side. This area is perfect for families with children. The architectural styles include American Foursquare, Bungalow, Colonial Revival and Ranch.
This neighborhood has 19 residential lots and 2 community lots, in which I'll build the school and a playground.
Glory Fields
Maybe living in a mobile home park is not what you expect to move in your single sim or family, but you may find the ideal house at a low cost in Glory Fields. The architectural style is mostly Ranch.
I don't know if I'll keep this name to be honest but I'm using it as it was the name used in CAW, I might name it Elywood Park as most lots are on Ely Road and it sounds better in my head. Anyway, this neighborhood has 10 residential lots and 1 big community lot where I plan to build a park or playground for this area.
I took my bridal photos a week before Zach and I got married at the @wral Azalea Gardens. 📸 @linda_connor_ #bridals #wralazaleagardens #azaleagardens (at WRAL Azalea Gardens) https://www.instagram.com/p/B0enkRYhO92/?igshid=8sj0li7qwrel
