Unlikely Meeting

Gar was used to all the odd looks he got when he took walks in the park, and he had learned to tune them out. They just couldn't handle the green brilliance that was him in all his glory. He took a plop down on a bench and inhaled the cold air, that smelled of leaves and smoke. Only in the city. He tilted his head back and closed his eyes, relaxing and blissfully unaware of his surroundings.
