OP of your post post/189786619075 is a terf AND the info about the Inktober thing is wrong! the guy clarified that the Cease & Desist is being aimed at companies profiting off Inktober merch they sell and that he's talked to his over-zealous lawyer who sent the C&D to artists because that's not what he wanted

not quite sure how i feel about the inktober thing since i dont understand a lot of the legal parts of it, but it still feels scummy to trademark the word regardless and hard to manage w/ picking and choosing. so hopefulyl more reliable sources and info comes of it!
