Since i’m working on something pretty big for this character, I might as well tell you some of the story behind him.

This is Tybalt, a demigod in my World of Drakes headworld. He used to be a regular human dude that was short, scrawny, and picked on.

often he was left to ache on a street corner when the bullies had their fill of beating someone senseless. Eventually, the two main gods of violence, Vizarek and azaroc, pitied this weak human and decided to help him out.

They said they would make him stronger than the people who kept kicking his teeth in, and scary enough that they’d leave him alone. Being a scared little bruised mess, Tybalt agreed. The gods changed his body into what it is now, with near impenetrable skin and powerful claws. What Tybalt didn’t realize is that his new form would be more than he bargained for, with its own instincts and drawbacks that would take a toll on his humanity.

When he did go to face his tormentors, he drew the attention of the entire village, who then tried to hunt him down, thinking he was some kind of monster or demon.

now he just lives in the woods, eating whatever animal comes his way and regretting his life choices.

Deities in the World of Drakes world:

There are several gods and goddesses in the WOD universe, both tangible and imaginary.

Several of the gods do exist, and have/had real effects on the world they rule over. Some malicious and lazy, others kind and mysterious.

They all chill in this pocket dimension thing called the divine plane, where they can watch what’s going on in the world. Some beings, like angels, (Not your typical kind, more horrific and amalgamous), can travel into and inhabit the divine plane, while others can only see visions of it in their dreams, like demigods.

Angels are rarely seen, super violent beings of pure divine energy. They’re often on fire, and look terrifying with too many limbs, eyes, or what have you. They are extremely territorial, and if they fight with another angel on the mortal world, it can lead to disastrous events. They cannot speak either, which makes their presence feel even eerier.

Sometimes a mortal individual really sticks out or makes an impression to a god, so they become “blessed” and are transformed into Demigods. Demigods essentially don’t age and are impervious to most damage. sometimes becoming a demigod is an achievement, or a punishment, like with Serse.
