there  are  some  muns  i  have  noticed  who  have  been nothing  but  kind  and  welcoming  to  the  fandom.  they  might  not  be  as  well  known  as  some,  but  i  think  they  deserve  recognition!  in  rpc  it  is  far  too  easy  to  get  caught  up  in  cliques  or  in  trying  to  fit  a  certain  mold. so  i  find  it  so  lovely  to  see  people  who  just  purely  themselves  and  here  to  write  and  be  inclusive. anyone  tagged  in  this,  i  know  i’m  not  the  best  graphic  maker  but  i  want  to  make  you  something  nice,  so  shoot  me  a  message  (  or  comment  to  this  )  with  a  favorite  season  or  resource  for  your  muse/fc  and  i’ll  make  you  a  little  something !!

It was RARE that Theo let others take care of his horses for him, especially now that he has so much free time. However as King, he almost had no choice. ( More to do, less downtime to bond. ) He always believed in creating that UNBREAKABLE bond between himself and his horse. Thus, that is what he is found doing-- brushing Boreas’ mane and humming some old song from his childhood when he feels a presence behind him. ( One he hadn’t even heard sneak up behind him. ) All the hairs on the back of his neck stand up-- but the horse does not seem to be uneasy. An unexpected peaceful visitor sneaking up on him? “Speak, before I decide to decorate the stable with your blood,” Theo grunts as he keeps brushing, though he’s aware of EVERYTHING around him, now.

         There had been a FEAR which settled into his soul a long time ago. Leaving his family, his clan, his home - it tore him apart. Coming back only to learn his wife was DEAD, and his daughter missing. It KILLED him. He has only himself to blame. He should have listened to Brennan that night, he should have let her come. But his PRIDE stopped him. To think, he thought they would be better off in Azgeda with their clan. Instead his wife is gone because of him, because he forced her to choose her duties and just like the dedicated woman she was, she died serving her people, filling out her position as WARCHIEF. He had assumed Afton was gone too. Her nurse was rumored to have fled with her, but with his luck Roan feared she was gone. 

          Standing here in front of some woman’s door, he feels that fear again. He is following another RUMOR, a whisper, a promise, that his child has been kept here. And he isn’t so fearful that it is wrong, as he is that it will be true. And his little girl, not so small now ( nine winters ), will not remember him. Or worse, she will, and she will hate him. But at least she would be alive. Roan draws in a weighted breath before lifting his hand and gathering the courage before knocking on the door. // @azenkru plotted thing

The forest is quiet, save for the occasional sounds of whatever god forsaken bugs are awake and the crackling fire that keeps him and Reta warm at night. Often do they spend nights like these in silence, that of which Theo really doesn’t mind. ( He’d rather sit in silence than constantly argue, as per usual. ) But then he sees something in the fire, something that reminds him of someone. Of course it would be her FIERY red hair. Of course it would be someone he hadn’t seen in years ( provided she still lives, that is ). His jaw tightens ever so slightly, brows and corners of his lips pulling down. ( He misses his sister. )

It only takes a few moments to realize that he’s now become his father. Eyes flicker to his estranged daughter for a moment. Every time he looks at her, he finds something new, something of Tena or himself inside of her. Every time, he wonders if there was more he could have done to stop Ela. ( There always is, but he stops himself from getting so far into those thoughts that weigh his chest down. ) After shifting his gaze back to the fire, he decides to mention his sister ( and makes a note to go find her very soon ). “You have an aunt. Born out of wedlock, same as you.”

Light calloused fingers released the tight strung string of the bow--releasing the arrow that had been aimed at the deer she had been hunting. A light rustling was enough to cause distraction, alerting the animal to which it ran for safety while her sharp pointed arrow landed in the tree nearby. Annoyed at the attempt failed, she squinted her eyes to the source of the disturbance, finding another woman as the reason. “Yu don ai mema we.”

Abby couldn’t believe this.  She was getting married to a member of the guard to the Queen of Azgeda.  She had never even met this man.  But if it was the price of keeping her people and most importantly her daughter safe, then she would do it.  Clarke was always her priority.

So she packed her bags, said goodbye to Marcus and Clarke and journeyed to the frigid Ice Nation.  She wasnt’ allowed to meet her groom before the ceremony.  Instead she was sent to meet with Nia and go over the fine details of her “stay” here.  She would be allowed visits home after she had spent three months proving that she wouldn’t break trust with the alliance.

Now here she was getting ready for her wedding day.  Abby gripped the ring around her neck.  She had insisted she be allowed to keep Jake’s ring.  It wa the one thing she wouldn’t budge on.  It was also the only thing keeping her grounded while maid worked on her hair and clothes to ready her for her wedding.  Everything felt so strange and distant as they led her to the great hall to get married.
