So There I Was in Great Basin National Park And See Some Wild Turkey! by Mark Stevens

While walking the Baker Creek Loop with a view looking to the south across part of this more open area next to a forested area a friend and I were walking. This is in Great Basin National Park. Through the trees, we happened to notice this rafter of wild turkeys. One of us had read the story of how they came to be in this national park. In fact, I had come across them while on a drive the day prior and was seeing them up close this afternoon! The rest of the story behind the image is just waiting to capture them looking up or group together.
