"Dearest, I have rather a serious question for you."
"Uh..." He squinted at him suspiciously. "What kind of serious question?"
Why Should We Fear the Dark? {RP with azirxphale}
Wind howled through the streets, clouds darkening the sky overhead. It wasn't the best, most mysterious storm in the universe, but it would suffice. Thunder rumbled overhead, close and distant at the same time. Lightning flickered in the clouds, but didn't seem too inclined to touch the human world. Perhaps, in another story, somewhere far away, it was different; imagine a fat streak of lightning reaching a questing finger to tap the ground, leaving behind an ominous silhouette. Imagine the figure walking confidently through the city, fire blazing in his eyes.
Now imagine the truth.
He appeared without warning, of course, but there were no flashy side effects. One moment, there were only empty roads, soldiers, slaves, and citizens alike all huddled indoors out of the rain--and then there was a man, or a man-shape at any rate, stalking down the uneven blackish stones as if he had been there the whole time. He wore a pristine white toga, with a wide slash of black and silver on the hems and across the front. Within seconds of his appearance and the strange black aura that gathered around him, a frantic message had been sent.
The man knew this, but he wasn't too concerned. The messenger in question had most likely already fled. Reinforcements? Unlikely.
"Do step out into the rain," he said to no one, tone with just the right amount of inquisitiveness to make it unsettling. "Unless you prefer hiding from my presence."

Seven Devils by Florence + the Machine
Cardinal Knowledge from The Secret of Kells OST
The first one is a pretty obvious one as well, but the second one, I dunno. I just use that to picture Lucifer's childhood when he's skipping out on angel school and gleefully running around Heaven and Eden.}
