ACOSF SPOILER
Let’s talk about something freaking amazing about ACOSF.
I love how Nesta and Cassian were destined to be mates in a way that is DIFFERENT from how feyre and Rhys were.
Feyre and Rhys were destined to be with eachother through ties laid down by the mother of the cauldron or whatever one wants to attribute it to. Rhys had visions and Feyre that kept him alive and Feyre painted the night sky and so on.
I am really loving how the Nessain destiny is portrayed differently but with simmilar impact.
Instead of a predetermined journey towards eachother, Cassian and Nesta are the same same. The the parts that they hate about themselves are things they come to love because they see them in eachother. Ex: Nesta thinks she isn’t deserving of love and so does Cassian because he has no status and is a bastard. But loving Cassian helps Nesta realize she deserves love too because they are the same. They are simmilar but different enough to challenge eachother. I think my favourite part is how they both find solace in training and physical activity but are constantly challenging eachother to see where it will take them. Where Rhys and Feyre balence eachother out and keep one another anchored by reminding eachother what is good about each of them Cassian and Nesta are the same. They egg eachother on and are unapologetically (at the end) flawed but it’s okay because their flaws are one and the same and they can work through them together. I just think this is something that should be recognized because it takes a ridiculous amount of skill to present destiny/fate/mates/soulmates in two very distinct and beautiful ways. ESPECIALLY, in the same series.
Hey guys... Azriel has blue stones (siphons), Gwyn’s head stone is blue...
That’s foreshadowing if I’ve ever seen it.
Have yall seen this?!
Its one of those story writing ads but its really trying to show me Cassian and Nesta and putting it to a wolf plot?
I KNOW I've seen that fanart somewhere but does anyone know if the CC knows that its being used for an ad?
I’m stressed about acotar potential cast
