Notes:

Considering that the entire song is themed around a game of Poker, I felt that it would be okay to keep Hana Ichi Monme in as a direct reference to the game rather than the meaning of the game’s title itself.

Literally ‘I want that kid/girl’, but since Hana Ichi Monme is a child’s game and the singer is some clever friend, I felt that I could go for a double meaning with the word ‘kidding’ here.

It’s a rather short song, but I think it’s pretty cool.  I think I did a pretty good job of balancing the tracks this time, since I find that the instrumental track sometimes gets lost in certain songs.  Hopefully, the covers will be more balanced as time goes on.  Anyway, this song’s showcasing another new UTAU that I found.  This time, it’s Homurane Ray.  Her voice is on the deeper end of the spectrum of female voices, and I think it has a unique quality to it.  Now if only there were more songs that suited that kind of voice.  I’ll keep looking, and hopefully, she’ll appear on this blog more.  Enjoy the cover!
