I’ve been taking forever on this and I’m so sorry… I’ll try to do better I swear ;;

Xander is… shocked by the arrival of Brave Veronica.

He didn’t really expect her to show up at all, considering that he had been working so hard to find her before Surtr tried to make her a sacrifice to the Rite of Flames.

It made more sense when the summoner told him that she was from another world. That was still hard to think about, though… How many Emblas were out there?

Veronica was very glad to see him, to say the least. He was one of the few people in Askr that treated her like a friend without any side glances or skeptical looks. 

Xander was impressed with her skill with the staff, and wondered if the Veronica he knew was as powerful with staffs as this one. 

He was also pleased when she told him that the Xander she knew was one of the people who taught her to ride. He made a mental note to help his Veronica with that too, when they were reunited.

Veronica even cleaned his horse’s armor for him from time to time, when he was too busy taking care of other smols to do it himself. 

She does get… a little jealous of the others sometimes, but Xander always makes sure to spend enough time with her to cheer her up again.

Hi! May I request a team rating of Fae, Male Kana, Soleil, and Veronica. Thanks so much!

This is THE team for Veronica to acclimate to Askr! Fae and Kana are ideal cheerleaders for Veronica’s learning process, and Soleil couldn’t be happier to have another cute girl to work with!

Fae and Kana are the best of friends! Both being dragons, and children at that, the two supply each other with boundless energy and constantly egg each other to have more fun and do even sillier things. When these two team up, pranks are common, and the food supply will quickly dwindle to nothing while it fuels these little terrors. Thankfully, these two tire each other out eventually, and then take an extremely long dragon nap to recover (much to the relief of the castle attendants).

Soleil is/was Veronica’s designated acclimation hero when she joined Askr, and honestly both couldn’t be happier about it. Soleil idolizes cool women, and what’s cooler than a Brave Hero that is ALSO a woman, and ALSO a princess? Veronica finds Soleil’s fascination with her cute in a way, and appreciates all of Soleil’s efforts in teaching her the customs and ways the Order operates. Veronica turns Soleil into a stuttering blushing mess when she mentions that Soleil should have been a Brave Hero instead, and that she is truly a strong and cool woman. 

Fae and Kana LOVE Veronica. She is like a cool older sister to the dragon pair, and her air of mystery, magic, and regal nature all act as attractants to curious dragon children. They like to chase Veronica around in their dragon forms, playing a bizarre game of dragon-tag (taught to them by Nowi of course) while Veronica plays the part of a princess in distress for Soleil to save. This form of mock play helps to harden the team’s resolve and coordination for missions. 

(I lowkey love this team to tears, and can’t help but imagine all the antics caused by two hyper dragon children, a screaming lesbian, and an emotional mute who wants to observe it all with wonder.)

New here and wanted to try Team rated. Brave lyn, winter tharja, regular azura, and veronica

(The girl power of this team is insane!)

As one would expect, Tharja creeps everyone out. However, because she is in her festive attire and trying to be “Normal”, she dials back the creepy into a mere sickening sweetness. She loves Azura’s hair and signing, and pets her at every opportunity. Azura accepts this as her duty on the team, so that Tharja doesn’t bother Veronica.

Veronica absolutely loves Tharja. She is strong of heart, similar in mind, powerful as a warrior, and rocking a festive costume that Veronica can’t even begin to understand. Azura has to work tirelessly to keep the two apart, and tries to teach Veronica about Hoshidan traditions and festivals instead. Lyn finds comfort in Azura’s signing, and teaches her some nomad chants and ballads.

Lyn loves everyone dearly, but focuses her attention on Veronica. As a newly summoned Brave Hero, Veronica has a lot to learn, and the pure basics of combat are one of them. Between Lyn’s drills and Azura’s refreshing songs, Veronica catches up to the rest quickly, but her naivety shows.

All four of the girls like to trade accessories with each other. Veronica loves the Bruno Mask, Tharja claimed the FEH doll, Lyn likes a simple hairband or flower pin, and Azura tries on Veronica’s head piece.
