I think getting romanced by caine would be like dating jim carey as the mask. Exact same vibe of guy really. I think if you danced with him he'd spin you around like a tornado
Theres like One youtuber who made content abt my current hyperfixation and ive already ran out of their normal content on it... im dying
All the marketing for Hugh Howey's Silo series calls it 'the next hunger games' and really props up the release of the apple tv series, and I aboided it for a Good chunk of time cause of that. Thought it was a late entry into the dystopian fiction boom and didn't think much else.
I only finally picked it up cause a video essay on Bunkers discussed it some and I finally saw enough of the story's Soul to spark an interest. Now I'm on the final book of the trilogy and I have Never been as gripped by a story. Its so Grounded in humanity, dealing in love and war and death and hope in the face of the end of everything. How tge story effortlessly passes the torch between characters as they live and die and make connections is So compelling, and really elevates the stakes of the relationships. There is no real main character who fixes everything, there is only a long line of people trying their best to do what they think is right. Its a way to story craft I've never seen any other author pull off, and has definitely got me interested in Hugh Howey's other works.
Anyways, this is all to say, if you felt similarily to me about the Silo trilogy. Please give it a shot. Its one of the most fantastic peices of literature I've ever had the pleasure of reading.
Ozias is the best ttrpg character ever. Today, he accidentally gave a turkey sapience just to proselytize to it, name it after himself, and release it back to the wilds. Surely there will be no lasting consequences to this course of action
When did art scammers get smart enough to pose as a legit user. they have a normal active account that seems like a real collection of things that suit their interests, they followed me and liked my art, then sent a dm and talked with me on and off for a Week before finally asking me to comm them. I was So certain they were real that instead of blocking myself I took the time to be like "hey if you ask people in a DM out of the blue for a comm they will think you're a scammer, try making an ad post instead" only to find they blocked ME anyways if you're a furry watch out for @sparklycupcakezombie (hyperlink here) cause this could legit fool someone
Never gonna Not be mad that there's no official furries in cyberpunk 2077 and also that the mod that Adds the official "furry races" from the ttrpg doesn't let you colour select their fur like you can for V's hair >:/
Please anyone i need to know the name of those little woven gemoetric patterns along the edges of tunics and that are kept as kinda holiday esque details on sweaters and mugs. I Think they're likely european but I keep googling things like "european clothing flourishes", "tunic edge trim" and even "woven mosaic clothing" (yes that one's stupid but it was my last resort)
Please someome Must know i just want to find pattern refs for oc clothes
