I typically forget chapstick exists until my lips absolutely cannot take it any longer and I'll just use whatever is around or the oils from whatever food I'm eating (what, peanut butter is moisturizing) and this might be very very obvious, but if you're looking for natural stuff I think Burt's Bee's has a good reputation + supporting beekeepers, I guess
