perfeitas e imperfeitas,

com erros de português

ou perfeição gramatical,

nos fazem descobrir pessoas

que se perderam,

na busca pelo seu par ideal,

agora sós,

quando deveriam ser um casal,

mas que o destino analfabeto

fez

com que se perdessem

em linhas tortas,

nas quais só Deus consegue ler

e escrever,

por isso ele deve ter criado

os poetas por aí,

pode até não parecer,

mas eu te amo gritado

de um carro em movimento,

também é poesia

se tu souber interpretar,

e

coragem a poesia nós dá

pra tentar recomeçar,

como não amar poesia,

como não amar os autores

que escrevem todos os dias,

em busca de seus amores,

poesia também é transmissão de pensamento,

nas linhas invisíveis da vida,

podemos nos achar apenas

com o barulho do vento,,

como se um chamado naquele sopro, estivesse contigo ali dentro,

tudo é poesia

se já amou algum dia,

pare e ouça o balanço das folhas,

talvez outro alguém se perdeu,

e os galhos querem te apontar a direção,

assim nunca mais sentirá solidão,

poesia é aquele órgão de sustentação,

que aquece a alma

no acelerar desvairado de cada coração,

ela não tem rosto

e usa nossa voz interpretando,

poesia é uma moça bonita

“Always on My Mind” Songwriter Mark James Dies at 83

- “Suspicious Minds” and “Hooked on a Feeling” among James’ other compositions

Mark James, the songwriter behind “Always on My Mind,” “Suspicious Mind,” “Hooked on a Feeling” and other hits, has died, according to multiple media reports that cite the Houston Chronicle.

James was 83 when he died June 8 in Nashville; no cause was given.

“Our sincere condolences to the family of songwriter Mark James,” said the Pet Shop Boys, who, like Willie Nelson before them, scored a hit with “Always on My Mind.”

Elvis Presley recorded the definitive version of James’ “Suspicious Minds,” while “Hooked on a Feeling” became a hit for both B.J. Thomas and Blue Swede.

“RIP to Mark James … one of my all-time favorite composers, and Elvis thought so, too,” Leo Sayer said in a statement.

Fine Young Cannibals, Jay-Z, Dwight Yoakam, Bill Withers and others also recorded James’ songs.
