B.LAB Matcha Hydrating Line Review – Cleanser, Toner, & Sunscreen.

I have used these 3 products from the K-beauty brand B.LAB on and off since the end of 2022, but only now I got to write a thorough review on them. The star ingredient of the line is green tea which is known for its protective and anti-aging effects.

Review of B.LAB’s Everyday Honey Mask Pack

B.LAB is a Korean nature-oriented brand that provides comfort to tired skin. Their Everyday Honey Mask Pack is designed to nourish skin from the inside as well as to improve skin tone and texture. Key ingredients include 1,000ppm of honey extract (antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, soothing, moisturizing, vitamin and mineral-rich, clears skin), milk protein extract (anti-irritant, hydrating, nourishing, healing), propolis extract (anti-inflammatory, anti-wrinkle, maintains and seals in moisture) and arginine (anti-aging, quickens wound healing, repairing, rejuvenating, antioxidant, increases blood flow and regeneration). This product retails for between $1-3 USD, you can get 10 pieces here for $17.85 + shipping.

Ingredients

Water, Glycerin, Dipropylene Glycol, Betaine, Carbomer, C12-14 Pareth-12, 1,2-Hexanediol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Propanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Illicium Verum (Anise) Fruit Extract, Arginine, Butylene Glycol, Propolis Extract, Milk Protein Extract, Honey Extract (1000ppm), Disodium EDTA

The mask contains 20 ml (0.67 oz) and is fragrance-free.

The sheet mask itself is made from microfiber fabric and is very smooth and soft. It has a really nice fit and stays securely on the skin.

Recommended use is to gently prepare skin with toner after washing your face. Apply the mask sheet onto your face evenly. Leave for 10-20 minutes and then remove it and then pat the remaining essence gently for better absorption. After using, this mask is fragrance-free, has a pH level of 5.5, and is very gentle. The mask's material is comfortable to wear for a long time and there's a lot of essence. The mask is very moisturizing, refreshing, and hydrating and does a nice job of plumping up the skin. The ingredients are great, there's one irritant, but otherwise, this is very sensitive skin safe. The mask is very nice quality overall. I'd recommend this to anyone, but especially to people with sensitive skin and people who want a fragrance-free mask.

What I like: this mask is extremely gentle, it's ideal for sensitive skin, it's fragrance-free and has very gentle ingredients. It's moisturizing and hydrating and the mask is very soft and comfortable to wear for a long time and there's lots of essence. It's also pH-balanced and has a minimal ingredient list. What I don't like: there's one irritant, but an otherwise great mask.
