MKU is a study of different mind-altering substances as follows:

1. Substances that will promote illogical thinking and impulsiveness to the point where the recipient would be abnormal in the public eye

2. Substances which increase the efficiency of mental activity and how you perceive things

3. Materials that cause the victim to age faster or slower in bodily maturity

4. Materials that promotes the intoxicating effect of alcohol

5. Materials that give symptoms of recognized diseases in a reversible way so they can use it to make ppl pretend to be ill when they truly are not

6. Materials to cause temporary or permanent brain damage and/ or loss of memory

7. Substances to enhance an ability of individuals to be able to take on privation, torture, and coercion during interrogation and "brain-washing"

8. Materials and physical methods that create amnesia for events before and during its use

9. Physical methods of producing shock and confusion over extended periods of time with the ability of secretive use

10. Substances which create physical disablement like paralysis of the legs, anemia, etc.

11. Substances that produce chemicals causing physical blisters

12. Substances which alter the shape of one’s personality structure , where the tendency of the person is to become dependent or enhanced by it

13. A material to cause mental confusion where the individual under its influence, would find it difficult maintaining a lie while being questioned

14. Substances to lower the ambition and general working capability in men when applied in unnoticeable amounts

15. Substances promoting weakness and twisting the eyesight or hearing powers, without permanent effects

16. knockout pills that can be secretly applied in drinks, food, cigarettes, an aerosol, etc., that is “safe” to use, will provide a lot of amnesia

17. A material that can be secretly applied in very small amounts to make it impossible for a person to perform physical activity
