Reader insert with hayes where reader is his fiance in fbi terrorism task force and goes on a mission with bravo which she has done before but she ends up getting hurt really badly and he hears it over comms and causes hell on his way to her, forgetting the mission all together in order to get to his girl. He makes it just in time as her body starts to give out once she realizes she's safe now that he's there. In the end she makes it and when she wakes up she finds out he got in trouble for abandoning the mission but when she profusely apologizes he tells her he would do it time and time again even if it meant he could never return to bravo (not the case here, he is just on probation or something else minor like getting yelled at and he goes off on them explaining she's part of the team and was. Hurt ) so long as it meant she made it out alive. Happy ending please
