Team Associated Wins at the Indoor Off-road Carpet Championships

The 2019 installment of the Indoor Off-road Carpet Championships (IOCC) was held at 702 RC Raceway in Las Vegas, Nevada October 10-13. It featured 61 drivers, bringing in 110 entries. With the surface being black CRC carpet, the grip was high and the racing was high speed. Team Associated cars went on to win 7 of the 9 classes raced, as well as filling up 20 of the 27 podium spots. Reedy Power cars went on to win 5 of the 9 classes raced, as well as filling up 11 of the 27 podium spots. (Pictured above: Justin Myerson, Broc Champlin, Chris Champlin.)

5 Team Associated Podium Wins at the Pro-Line Summer Off-Road Shootout

It was a successful weekend for Team Associated and Reedy Power at the 22nd Annual Pro-Line Summer Off-Road Shootout hosted by Rainman's Hobby and R. C. Raceway in Bakersfield, CA. For the first time, the Shootout (previously held at Hot Rod Hobbies) was moved to an indoor facility. The two-day event was held Saturday and Sunday, June 29-30, 2019. The event featured a 3-round qualifying format Saturday, and Triple-A mains for all classes Sunday. Drivers were challenged with changing track conditions and grip level throughout the event. The drivers who could stay in the narrow groove found their way to the top.
