If my reblogs haven't given it away already, I started playing Genshin Impact

And I know the game has its fair share of controversies - the hilichurls for one, as one that first came to my attention months ago

But damn, is it fun

Character collection games are one of my weaknesses (hi, AC:R, my current absolute fave mobile game for almost 2 years now)

Paired with some fun gameplay - even if my Soulsborne experience really would love some kind of dodge button

Maybe I just haven't figured out the right way to do it yet, but the dash hasn't been as reliable as I would want it to be, but that is probably because it simply has no or very, very limited invincibility frames and I haven't found the sweet spot yet

Plus I am rather intrigued by the lore and story, I just got done with the Liyue Archon Quest, so I am very interested in unlocking Inazuma, particularly because my draws gave me 2 Inazuma characters very early on that I would really love to level beyond 20
