ABOUT AKITA

・Akita shinansen KOMACHI

・Akita is famous for Kanto festival. For the festival the streets of the city are made to be wide.

・Akita is faced on Nihon kai sea and there are lots of windmills on the coastland. Upon inspection we can find the sponsor’s name on each its axis. For example the axis of JR’s windmill has the shape of Shinkansen.

・Babahera; the old women called ‘Baba’ keep sitting and waiting patiently on the side of roads for customers. They can make the ice cream shaped like a rose.

・Inaniwa udon;so smooth and slippery. It is a little expensive because it takes time and effort at manufacturing process.

・Spit-roasted Kiritanpo is good although we usually eat it by boiling well.

・Kin-man;Akita’s famous confection. It works together with Hello Kitty.
