Lily will have received a box of homemade lebkuchen, all in the shapes of hearts. As always, they're decorated with colourful frosting, blues, whites, black, red and yellow and each one has a different cursive message. Things like, 'Spatzl', 'Mausi', and 'Lilychen.'

This year, even 'Comrade' has made it to the bunch. The word isn't to Gilbert's liking outside sarcastic, ostalgietic reminiscing, but that's exactly why he hopes Lily will appreciate it even more. Even if merely on a cookie. Happy Valentine's Day!
