Everything she did infuriated you.

The lack of care while sitting at the back of your eight am physiology class and still having the highest grade of everyone. Her blatant disregard for structure and authority. She was always yelling out answers or getting in the middle of someone else’s debate.

It wasn’t even just things that were academically related. She got the last thing of French toast at the breakfast one day last week. The only day you actually had time to get food before class...there she was. Like literally, SHE WAS EVERYWHERE. She was on the same hall as you in the dorm. She was in another one of your classes not physiology.

She was also always come into the cafe in your shift. Of course today is all days, she’s in just as your shift is about to be over.

“Brittany,” you call out with a slight annoyance in your voice, as you pushed her coffee toward the pick-up counter.
