Arthur is sad, so Peter makes him tea to cheer him up? and it probably doesn't taste right (maybe steeped for too long or waaaaaaaaay too much sugar) but Arthur takes it anyway uvu ))
Peter knows how to make tea -- of course he does, after all, he was raised on a British war fort, and tea was part of their diet -- even if it was shoddy, rationed tea.
So when Arthur looks more tired then usual, and Peter is over his house on a visit, the boy decides to cheer him up with a cuppa -- and he does his best, and he doesn't even bunge up the tea kettle or anything.
It's about a half hour to make the tea to his satisfaction, and when Peter gives it to Arthur, his father sips it slowly, savoring the taste -- a little too sweet and, at the same time, a little too strong -- before giving Peter a soft, happy smile.
"It's wonderful, Peter."
