I’ll finish my art later but
Father’s Day morning, Jack tries to get Sam to go join Cas and Dean in their bed so that all 3 of them can be served breakfast in bed, but Dean and Sam do some fast maths about 3 adults and 4 kids and hot? Or wet? Breakfast in One Bed and instead convince the kids to please relocate to the kitchen
Claire agreed to help the other kids cook (breakfast was certainly not her idea) but she is not immune to being the cool older sister who is the only one allowed to use the stove unsupervised, and wants to see Dean’s face when he sees the mess the kitchen now is.
They start off with some coffee (Claire made so it’s good and normal) and okay-ish pancakes, that do have the occasional crunch of egg shell or pocket of baking powder (Bobby-John mixed and Emma helped crack the eggs and Emma is that video of a toddler just smashing eggs into the counter with no concept of the amount of force to use) but Claire fried them at least so they’re not burned.
Dean is trying not to look at the kitchen counters because it seems like half the ingredients have been spilled out. Emma’s face and shirt are smeared with Chocolate and there are chocolate chips in her hair but The Pancakes were Not Chocolate Chip
After breakfast the kids reveal their real piece de resistance, a cake they made and decorated. It’s from a box mix and the ingredients were at least lovingly measured, but the decoration was clearly done most enthusiastically by Emma and Jack and consist primarily of inconsistent piles of sprinkles from one of those six compartment variety packs. And fistfuls of chocolate chips. Somehow over the top of this Claire and Bobby-John managed to pipe words that could be interpreted as “Happy Father’s Day x3”
Sam also gets a plate of well-handled fruit from Jack because he thought Sam wouldn’t want just sugary cake. It’s very thoughtful.
